  The location is great...right by the sea front and with easy access to the best areas of Brighton's dining and shopping. The old building used to be wine merchants and has a beautiful staircase and reception area. Our accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped...including the feather pillows that we had requested. The service from Baldo ... vad folk säger » on the front desk was great...although he was clearly too busy to cope with all demands and requests that were queuing for his attention. The bar staf - Everything about the stay was excellent, from the moment we dropped our bags off (earlier than check-in) to actually being shown the room (bed was so comfortable), to the bar and bistro. Found all staff excellent, very friendly and very helpful (recently back from Las Vegas where I stayed in a supposed luxury hotel! everything was the complete opposite too the Hotel du Vin). Both of us wished we had booked that extra day!

  The courtesy & friendliness of this B&B is 5 Star. On arrival we were greeted outside & shown where to park. Our room was Modern & Comfortable with a very clean large shower in en suite, we stayed in room 3, when entering your eye immediately goes to the beautiful stained glass window that has a small balcony beyond with a seat giv... vad folk säger » ing a partial view of the sea. The breakfast was tailored to you, perfectly cooked & the coffee was delicious. The proprietors Dan & Mardi su - The service and attention to customers was outstanding. As soon as our booking was made we received a welcoming email with a useful map attached - nice detail. Parking in the area is a problem and we were met at the door, helped with our luggage and guided to a parking space.Throughout our stay the owner, Dan, was always available offering helpful suggestions on where to dine in the town and attending our requests. Inside very comfortable bed, room had tea/coffee-making kettle , always a plus .

The hotel has a beautiful decor, our room had an amazing view, and was very specious. It also had a free standing bath next to the windows in the bedroom, 24 room service, which made our stay romantic and relaxing. Great value for money! Will be staying there again.
