Staff at breakfast were excellent always making sure your table was cleared to give you more room, very happy and freindly, hotel was always getting cleaned, prob the cleanest hotel we have ever been in. The hotel itself was warming,stylish,direct taxi calling,the rooms were
nicely laid out with a walk in shower.Tea and coffee facilities in the
room,along with a tv and wi-fi.Quite spacious.The staff were
friendly,although when I asked for additional milk,i had to go down to
the bar to get some.The breakfast,which was an extra cost,was nice,with
a choice of foods.It was very clean andit was very secure,with you
having to use your room card to operate the lift,so not just anyone can

Everything. The staff could not be faulted. All local, extremely friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. Nothing too much trouble. Check in and check out very smooth. The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few
steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery.
The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
