  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  It is very bad,noisy and old hotel it was same 2 star or BandB
