  i really could not fault anything about the hotel, the only thing i would say is that we found it slightly hard to find as it had no signs up but when we rang the hotel they helped us in any way they could. Will bend over backwards to make sure everything is ok. Ondifferent occasions ive wanted to check in early and check out late, andit was no problem to them.   Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful. Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by. Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic. We stayed and attended a music event nearby- it was late when we got back and staff gave us take-out menu'... vad folk säger » s etc as we had not eaten which was ideal. Didn't eat at hotel otherwise but there were some good offers on though you are within a couple of minutes - Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice!

  the staff were fantastic . very helpful and always smiling . we went to the Robbie Williams concert at the Ethiad stadium and the hotel had arranged mini buses to drop off and pick up. what a godsend! dont know how we would have got back withiut the forward thinking. when we did eventually het back at 12.25am the night porter told us to get hot te... vad folk säger » a out of the machine with fresh milk he told us he was on all night if we needed anything. such a lovely helpful man. next day we had a full English - 6 of us stayed at the lodge for the Magic weekend at Etihad stadium. We all feel that the valve for money here was excellent. The staff were some of the very best and polite staff we had come across for a while. They really were helpful. The men of which they were 4 were made up with the quality of food that was served up at the buffet breakfast. Very nicely cooked well stocked all you can eat and drink breakfast included in the price. We will definitely recommend an stay here again. Thank you

  Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. - I loved everything. The welcoming fire as you came in, really comfy beds, tea and coffee making facilities. Everything we needed. - I really like the staff. They're very helpful and it feels like home.
