  It is a lovely Guest House in a very good location. Maria & Mary were very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was a good size with bay windows overlooking the hills in the distance. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of food to choose from. Would definately recommend to anyone except those who had difficulty with steps or ... vad folk säger » stairs - Everything. Clean spacious room. Tea coffee biscuits all provided. Bathrobes as well. Ensuite was spotless. Connor nd his mum were excellent hosts. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of fresh fruit cereals. And a full English . Parking was outside the hotel. All in all an excellent weekend was had. Highly recommend this guest house .

  This B&B has a wonderful location - close to town centre. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. Our hosts. Joan and Michael, were friendly and helpful. A most enjoyable stay. Owner stayed up to open the door with a smile for us even though we were running late and reached only at 10pm. The B&B is in a quiet location but close to the town centre, which has plenty of shops and restaurants.   Very nice B&B just a few minutes outside the centre of Keswick. We had a nice room, on the first floor, with all comfort necessary for some beautiful days. The owner is a very friendly person, giving all the info needed to spent some days in and around Keswick. Not only regarding walks but also regarding tearoom, pubs,... He takes also care of... vad folk säger » your wet clothes (rain, falling into a river,...) to get them dry. Great typical English breakfast ! If you're looking for a B&B in Keswick, than - Everything about the guest house indicated a concern to serve the residents to a high standard. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nicely prepared with plenty of main course choice. The owners were friendly without being intrusive. The view from the rear landing stairs, if you are on one of the upper floors, of Latrigg, Skiddaw & Blencathra make a great start and finish to each day. And it's only a quarter mile gentle downhill stroll into the centre of Keswick. Five star
