  The kitchen was well stocked with utensils are apparatus for someone who wished to stay in and cook. The location in relation to the tube and London / Tower bridges was excellent. - The location was very good. The staff was friendly. The house was ok but nothing compared to apartments of Bridgestreet which are in the same price range.

  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

  We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. All staff were very friendly, helpful and effic... vad folk säger » ient. They put themselves out to assist us. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We cannot praise them enough!   A really superb location, decent but cheap breakfast, really clean and appears well managed. I would definitely recommend it to others if you are not hoping for anything too fancy.   The apartment was ideal for a family of four. The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.   Positive welcome. Easy registration. Lift to all floors. Room spacious and being on the corner of the building I had to sets of windows which made the room bright. Yes, it is a hall of residence for students but I was happy with my stay. Beyo - The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast.
