  The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. - Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.

  The hotel is amazingly welcoming. The staff and the general manager of the hotel are masters in making you feel at home. One does feel joining a bigger family when checking in the hotel.   We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.

  We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We even had free snacks, bottled water, and a gift of chocolates waiting for us.   I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.
