Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful.
Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.
Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic.
We stayed and attended a music event nearby- it was late when we got back and staff gave us take-out menu'

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. The staff made themselves readily available in the event that we may have had a problem. The hotel room was clean and spacious which was important to us as my mother is a wheelchair user, with

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and
warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to
check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea
bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot
