  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  Första klassiga servicen och standarden på hotellet. - The staff were attentive yet not too smothering. The atmostphere was relaxed yet luxurious. An overall fantastic hotel in a great location. highly recommended. - I loved everything: the interior design, the sense of detail, the quality of service (their kindness and their professionalism)
