  trevlig personal - stones throw from the palace - truly in the heart of london. the rooms, the staff, the dining - everything was absolutely perfect. they have a sister hotel that is literally down the street, it is more expensive and a perhaps a little more grand - but everything is 'modernized' with a blackandwhite motif ... and that hotel uses ... vad folk säger » the restaurants at the rubens for their special packages. - From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the minute that we left, we were treated like the most important people in the establishment. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

  The Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. The location cannot be bettered; very central, 3 minutes form the Jubilee Line yet quiet and peaceful. - The hotel,atmosphere,food and staff were excellent, everything we expected it to be.A good location. I could get use to this life very quickly !

  Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. I realised I had left a little purse with some tablets in it, whilst I was on the train. I called the hotel and housekeeping went and found it for me and today it arrived in the post!   When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st. The bedroom has a large bed and plenty of storage space, the ki - Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.   The staff were brilliant and really put themselves out for us. They upgraded us to a massive double suite with champagne and chocolates. It was our 25th Anniversary and they put themselves out..even putting rose petals on the bed at night while we were out. They could not have done a better job...thank you Ritz. Excellent staff with personable, friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either. Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us. The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.

  Fantastic location in Shepherd's market. Near everything but very quiet. Spacious quarters with two separate rooms, a full kitchen, and separate beds for all three of us. - Great location - local restaurants and pubs and walking distance to attractions. Arrived early - staff made us feel welcome and facilitated early check-in.
