Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. Everything! communal aera with tea,coffee, water and fruit for guests. You dont have to book in at reception! The beds are spotless and comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room
we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries
etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room.
They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of
interest. And the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.
