  Great place, very clean, comfortable bed, great location. I would recommend to anyone who fancy a bit of a different break. Brighton is unique in itself but this place is spot on. We stayed there on May Bank Holiday weekend. I decided to pay that little extra and booked room with a balcony.   It was a very enjoyable experience. We managed to find a late deal so the price of the room was reasonable. We had a sea view which was marvelous and tea making facilities so we could have a cuppa on the balcony at six in the morning and watch the day begin. - The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and generally in upbeat moods.
