I often travel on a budget, and I must say I've rarely been that happy with a hotel. Big room, very clean, even had a shower inside! Most budget places have shared facilities and can be really tiny.

We have stayed here twice and have been more than happy! The rooms are clean, comfortable and all you will need for a weekend in Brighton. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton so perfectly located. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Fantastic service, lovely room and just a very enjoyable and comfortable stay!! - Staff were very efficient. Breakfast was good (despite tables being too small to fit everything on!). Black out curtains are always good for a better nights sleep and we had them in our room

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with 3 single beds and plent of room to walk around. The view was amazing, and perfect for us to get ready in and crash for one night. The rooms need a little TLC but for the price you pay it was clean and comfy enough for a short stay! Check out was at 10.30am but for £5 we extended th

Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.
