  The staff were very freindly and accommodating - in particular the lady on reception when we arrived (29.06.13) and the housekeeping staff. We arrived early and they made an effort to make up our room for us so we could get in earlier than the published check-in time. They even offered us a coffee.   The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them. Overall it was a vey good week end, I will have no problem recommending the Bowes Incline to my friends - The restaurant was excellent... vad folk säger » - large range of dishes to choose from. All well presented and good size portions. The Breakfast menu was also good with a wide range of choices and again well presented. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were of a good standard. We thought this was good value for money.

  We would recomend the hotel perhaps most for the food they serve it was an exellent service & has to be rated 10/10, The breakfast is exellent & included in the price. The meals served on the menu are well worth a try. The hotel is situated just off the A1 & easy reach to most of Newcasastle. A bus stop outside took us anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was very good and I do not agree with the some of the reviews I have read. You must make sure ON ARRIVAL that reception staff know how much you have agreed to pay through letsbookhotel.com. Our bill would have been based on standard rates until corrected
