  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well. I went early in the day to drop my bag off and when I told the staff my plan, they were very helpful and offered to do something a bit special, which was great. They were all very helpful. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

  Ett fantastiskt hotell. Mycket trevlig personal och service inriktad personal. Vid ankomst fick vi ett insides rum trotts att vi önskat ett utsides, det var inget problem att byta trotts att vi bokat till ett betydligt lägre pris än det ordinarie. Ett tips är att boka ett rum med utsikt över London Eye. Frukosten var mycket god. It was extremely central to everything in London. All the main attractions are just a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent. Very quiet location. Beautiful building. Breakfast had the most choice I have ever encountered in a hotel.

  Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London
