  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Excellent doormen who made life very easy for us taking care of all our luggage and shopping plus parked our car very efficient. - The service was very personal and attantive, the rooms and the design were outstanding, it felt like home away from home!

It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

  We got the 1-bedroom apartment. -Very clean and modern (touch screen console controlling room temperature and lighting. Manuals of kitchen appliances can also be accessed from this console. TV already connected to Wifi). -Well-equipped kitchen (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Convection Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker) -Welcome pack (Fruits, coffee ... vad folk säger » and tea, dishwasher tablets, soap & shampoo) -Good location (Direct buses to Piccadilly Circus and Oxford St., Chancery Lane tube station (Central - Friendly & accommodating staff. Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep.
