  The staff is very helpful and efficient; they took the trouble to check me in immediately though I arrived at nine in the morning; they were always fast and attentive at breakfast and in cleaning. Tiny rooms have all one needs, location couldn't be better, short walk from Vic Station, with a Boris Bike stand at the end of the block and shops close... vad folk säger » by. Priced the same as inconveniently placed hotels (at least when I was there). No complaints whatever and would happily stay here again. - A number of the B&B's on the street appear to be run by the same family & we actually stayed in Cedar Lodge. Location is just fantastic. The room was basic but clean. Tv, fridge & tea/coffee available. Enjoy suite was small & like a wet room but plenty of hot water. Bed firm but comfortable & the road is quiet so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was again basic but plentiful & staff very efficient.

  Reception staff were really lovely, helpful and smiley all the time and all of them! Loved the location so near the Millennium Footbridge...great to stroll across the Thames every morning and an equally great walk from Tate to London Eye/Big Ben or in the other direction to Tower Bridge. First time we have been withs kids to London and it was the ... vad folk säger » first time we have walked so much and seen so much. Breakfast is just perfect. Right amount of choice. Only had to wait for a table once (out of three - The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.

  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable with great towels, linen, a small kitchenette, iron, GH... vad folk säger » D hair dryer and straightening iron. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food), Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West End theaters. Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching

  I was very pleased with the stay.   Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom. ... vad folk säger » Breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of cereals, rolls, croissants etc. Decent coffee, tea and juices. Luggage storage before and afte - Reasonable price, excellent location near Victoria and easy to find. The room was nice. Comfy bed, tv in room, clean. Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

  mycket för pengarna, bra personal, god frukost, mysigt rum - Hotellet ligger väldigt nära Victoria station dit vi åkte buss från Stansted. utmärkt med den närheten, centralt och bra, lätt att ta sej överallt. rummen var rena och fina, små, men med god standard. jag har aldrig bott så bra i London förut. vi kommer definitivt att återvända.

  Fantastic location in Shepherd's market. Near everything but very quiet. Spacious quarters with two separate rooms, a full kitchen, and separate beds for all three of us. - Great location - local restaurants and pubs and walking distance to attractions. Arrived early - staff made us feel welcome and facilitated early check-in.
