  Well what can I say my Husband and I had the most amazing break at The Residence and the friendly staff made it so relaxing. The quality of the hotel is amazing and the food is absolutely fab!!!   The hotel was full of character and well thought out. The staff were unbelievably helpful and nothing was too much trouble... they even dried our swimmers for us on our last day! I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath. Oh and I love the valet parking!! - Lovely atmosphere.   Lovely large room with huge bathroom, the freestanding bath was a really nice feature, the only problem being inadequate lighting in the bedroom area - lovely lamps etc but I couldn't see what I was getting out of my case properly!!. Yes, the stairs are a bit of a nightmare (certainly get you puffing), but they wouldn't stop me staying here again... vad folk säger » . Location is great and a good selection to choose from at breakfast - service was a bit haphazard but the food was really nice. We stayed for 2 night - very impressed with johnathon the manager he no's his trade, the breakfast waitress very proffessional and helpful and breakfast very nice and plenty to start you off for the day, the room very nice and comfortable. thankyou very much to the manager johnathon,sally and staff. i would definatly recomend youre hotel to friends and family

  The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.   The hotel is very well situated and the facilities are very good value for money. The restaurant offered a good choice of dishes which were good value. The breakfasts very very good offering a good choice of options and very plentiful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant . - We liked the Hotel it was very nice & clean. My room was very nice - included a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. It was a single room with a single bed - exactly what I needed - no space wasted.   We cannot recommend the Tasburgh highly enough! Sue, the proprieter, is the most genuinely caring person and was so helpful to us throughout our stay. We stayed there over our wedding weekend and Sue and Toni were both generous with their time and support for us. The hotel itself is clean and good looking, the grounds very lovely indeed. The experience was so nice we booked to go back to the Hotel whilst still staying there!
