  Everything - stylish hotel ,all mod cons and centrally located .Clean bathroom with fantastic shower .Blinds and curtains give total blackout so easy to sleep in - take an alarm if you need to get up early.Convenient to shops,bars restaurants ,tube and St Paul's .Would not hesitate to recommend and will stay again .Have paid more to stay in centra... vad folk säger » lly located Premier Inn or Travel lodge - absolutely no comparison !! - Beds great. Tea available. Concierge good job. Biking weekend a challenge. Great car wash shower. Nice amenities. Location great. Loved Blackfriars Pub, good restaurants, u tubes, Interesting. O watch people at work since we are haooily retired. Friendly staff and curbside help. 6 days with sofa and chase felt good and welcoming.

  My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

  All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It really is amazing. The price was excellent too especially for a 5 star in - The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain there was engineering works on the district line & to use the Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.

  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing
