The bathroom was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of hot water! - Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion

It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The shared bathrooms were great - very clean and with a good shower. The room was clean and comfortable with TV & drink making facilities. The wash basin in room was very handy! A nice tou

The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.
