  It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time.   From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a seat before the bus came. A special mention to Ravendeep amazin - The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

  All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

  I stayed at this hotel while en route from Eastern Europe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they really couldn't do enough for you.. Always pleasant and helpful..   This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Everywhere was spotless and... vad folk säger » we were able to park and shown where to put the car by the very welcoming receptionist, Breakfast choices were really good as well - brand cereals - - Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English. There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways. Staff are polite and very helpful. I've since been back twice.
