  Nothing; it was a dump - I didn't know hotels like this still operated.I had a room with a sink with no plug, filthy carpets. The couple infront of me were trying to book a room for 3 hours but the Polishreceptionest didn't understand and thought it was 3 days so they left.The Polish disco (under my room) went on till late. - Nothing: the whole exp... vad folk säger » erience was depressing and the hotel is appalling: close it down!   The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided. It proved to be a convenient position for gaining access to central London fairly quickly & I would definitely use this hotel again when visiting my daughter in Tower Hamlet. - Very nice and helpful staff ... vad folk säger » - clean and tidy - great location for buses and tubes - excellent continental breakfast - extremely quiet - good atmosphere - two very friendly pubs within 2 minutes - buses to the bustling Islington/Angel every five minutes.

  We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our).
