  Varmt välkomnande. Bra service. God mat och ett fantastiskt rum - The hotel was lovely. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, attractive and very clean. The whole setting had a wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff could not have done more to make us comfortable. The taste of the room, the nature and the views which can be seen from the hotel were excellent. Just staying in the hotel was good enough to enjoy the day. The staffs were very friendly.

  The room was so much more than basic. We found it very inviting as soon as we walked in. The evening meal was done to perfection, and breakfast would satisfy anybody. - The staff were all very efficient and friendly and the surroundings were second to none.

  Bradford-on-Avon is a gem of a city---historic and quaint buildings. April Cottage was absolutely fabulous! Steve was an excellent host who also is a great cook. We enjoyed Steve's horses, watching hot air balloons fly overhead, and walking around the town. We can't say enough positive adjectives to describe April Cottage except to say we hope to enjoy April Cottage again in - Even though we arrived slightly early Steve gave us a very warm welcome. The cottage is very nicely furnished with lots of homely feel. We enjoyed sitting in a quiet and beautifull garden in the heart of the countryside. The breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh coffee. The room was large, clean and well decorated, with superb views across open countryside. A great place to stay.

  We loved everything about the grounds of the Castle. Wonderful woodland set back behind the outdoor seating area. We loved that we could spend the day in the glorious City of Bath and then relax in a sumptuous room in a Castle! Beautiful surroundings, the staff were lovely and welcoming and made you feel at home. The food was excellent from the breakfast to the evening menu, which was all beautifully presented and tasted even better! Spent cosy evenings in front of a lovely roaring log fire, I felt really chilled after and recharged after my stay. I would definitely recommend Bath lodge Castle and will be visiting it again hopefully in the near future.

  Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.

  A bit out of the city (10 min from Bath), but an extremely quite and beautiful country setting. Accommodation was spacious, extremely clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and helpful with information about the area and recommendations on sites to see. - Excellent Breakfasts, fantastic location, fabulous accommodation,... vad folk säger » excellent pub nearby, local bus pass by, most friendly & accommodating couple run this establishment.
