Central hotel, very comtemporary and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were particularly professional and helpful. The bar food was good also. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations and we would definately stay there again - What more can you say when you give the hotel 11 out of 10 the hotel staff were very friend

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but there is a bus leaving every 5-10 mins from just around the corner. It takes about 20 mins and drops you right on Pinces Street. The family room of 5! So few hotels have this facility. Car parking was available and staff were great with allowing us to leave it there even after we had checked out. Very friendly staff. Wonderful cooked breakfast.

The apartment complex itself is very secure.
The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space.
The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.
