  Everything, the very, very nice and polite staff. - Staff were excellent, food was lovely in the bar. Room was spotless and bed was really confortable.

  Beautiful hotel with a lovely view of the hillside, quiet location yet close to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was good although not a vast choice over the two nights. We will stay again. - Everything.
