  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile.   lovely apartment, very homely and well run, good breakfast provided in the aprtment, very helpfull staff, good location, we have a 5 month old boy and we walked to most attractions including the castle, shops nearby including Tesco express for grabbing food for the aprtment but have resturants right on the canal by the aprtment if you prefer. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again. - The apartment was lovely, and the staff were very helpful, allowing is into our rooms early so that we could get ready for a wedding. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly.

  The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is petite and cosy. The rooms are amazing with some great touches and are great to relax in if travelling on business or leisure. The location is brilliant. Ideally placed for us, as we were attending the March & Rally for Scottish Independence on Calton Hill that weekend.   The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. We booked a studio, but were actually upgraded to a 2-bed flat for the same cost, which was nice. It is very close to buses and taxis, or close enough to the centre to walk if y - The studio was spacious, clean and bright. Rachel was absolutely lovely and helpful. My family plans to go back to Scotland and Palace Residential will be our first choice each time.
