  Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. The fridge in our room was also an added and welcome surprise which we were able to use.   I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... vad folk säger » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The breakfasts were consistently excellent and we were allocated a different table every day so that most guests were able to enjoy the prime positi... vad folk säger » on in the window at least once! This was good value for money accommodation! We went to a different show every night, had a wonderful time shopping - The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.   It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel.   I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Food was delicious and plentiful both at breakfast and when I chose to dine there in the evenings.

  I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

  This time we only stayed one night,the Proprieters where so helpful and kind when we arrived.The room was very nice,clean and spacious,the bathroom spotless.The rest of the staff we met where very helpful and courteous,we look forward to staying at the Broadway again,next time for more than one night,we most certainely will not be using letsbookho... vad folk säger » tel.com ever again due to their total incompetance. - The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc. The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels. We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

  Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good self-catering facilities with option for bought full breakfast and meals. Childrens corner and lawns to play on. Only12 minute steep walk downhill to Castle and Town. In short a first class value for money hotel - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have every experienced in a hotel, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

  We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October. - Plenty of room for parking , Excellent breakfast .We stayed three nights... vad folk säger » and had dinner 2 nights which were excellent so would highly recommend the food.Lovely bar area for chilling out after a busy day exploring Llandudno
