  We stay at the Hallmark Croydon Aerodrome Hotel (no longer an aerodrome) for easy access to the Wimbledon Finals, direct via tram-link. They do not hike the prices for the Wimbledon fortnight as do all the other local and lower standard hotels. Easy access to public transport: - Bus stops at the Hotel you can reach: a. East Croydon Railway station (10 minutes) b. Waddon Railway (3 min) or 10 min walk. So it is better for business, but we were satisfied for sightseeing as well. Room size is ok. Cleanness 100%. Staff were very polite and nice!!! Thanks!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function. The bathroom had a good size and you could easily refresh the air in the room if you opened both of the windows. The electric radiator was fantastic. The LCD TV had a good size and you can plug in your flash drive to play music or photo sl - I looooovvvveeee Lansdowne! It is value for money! Free gym incl. Which has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx. 15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are more spacious

  I like the hotel-based apartment, and the privacy you get there. It was also very-clean and well-arranged. A good value for the money - The bed was ok and the staff nice and helpful. And there where parking spot available to guess - Really nice stay, very comfortable, clean and tidy. I can reccomend it to everyone! Thank you!

  The lady who greeted us at reception was exceptional. (Approx 14:30 on 24th May). She said her shift hadn't long started so she was still there late evening. She explained how we travel to the city and to call reception for help with anything.
