  Upon arriving at this hotel it was brought to our attention that there was no cot beds (which we had booked) left for our room. In the next breath the lady on reception said that she had organised for a cot bed to be collected from an other premier in and it would be In our room as soon as possible. The service of the staff was excellent and altho... vad folk säger » ugh premier in/ bookings.com was at fault, premier inn sorted out the issue in a fast professional manner and even crept around the room setting up th - Staff were lovely at the reception. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.

  For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity. - Easy check in, room as described and very clean, g... vad folk säger » ood tv, tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, good location for Cheltenham. No issues with noise. Plenty of free parking spaces. All in all a hassle- free experience which was good value.
