The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area. Allt - Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Personlig service. Hotellet känns väldigt privat för att vara ett hotell - Really friendly staff, nice touches in the room such as a bowl of mints/sweets and complimentary crisps. Fantastic view, great location overlooking regency square and seafront. Gorgeous bathroom with double whirlpool bath and Molton Brown toiletries. Delicious breakfast too.

Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great
communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again
and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels,
washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone
