Friendly, family run hotel that accomodates everyone from young to old! We stayed with our 2 year old son, and nothing was too much trouble. It felt more like staying in someones home than in a hotel. - friendly, family like athmosphere. great breakfast and very comfortable bed.

Reception warm and welcoming.Rooms excellent, ours was huge, the ensuite very clean-very impressed at having fresh towels and shower curtain on the first morning, especially as only staying for two nights. A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing

Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. -

The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. absoulutley loved the hotel. we came here for our 2 year anniversary it was perfect. the hotel is well presented and modern. we had the balcony and sea view which was fab.definatley coming back. the pool in the other hotel was lovley and warm.were the only 2 people in there also the sauna was fun. would definatley recoment this hotel to anybody the

Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much. Itwas quiet and relaxing (ie no long children or noisy families) and thebreakfast was very good - a more than adequate variety (fresh, goodquality). The staff were nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.
