  Everything. The room we were offered was brand new, very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Lots of touches that puts this place above the rest like: On arrival we were greeted in the car park and our cases carried in, we were offered a tray of tea/coffee and this was delivered to our room with homemade bread pudding aswell!! The bed was very comfortable and - Myself and my partner have just spent two nights at southern breeze lodge,which is run by a lovely couple Malcolm and fran.On arrival Malcolm came out to meet us and helped with our luggage, we were then offered a fresh pot of tea and homemade bread and butter pudding which I thought was a lovely touch! The rooms were kept spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.We were cooked a full English breakfast by fran each morning with was superb and set us up for the day,I would highly recommend this lov

  We stayed 16/17 Apr as part of our house search in the Bournemouth area. Right from the start...booking in with a lovely young lady at reception, the warm welcome she gave us...we knew we had picked well. Location is ideal for a short walk into town and Bournemoth pier. We will definately book again. - One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

  Friendly, family run hotel that accomodates everyone from young to old! We stayed with our 2 year old son, and nothing was too much trouble. It felt more like staying in someones home than in a hotel. - friendly, family like athmosphere. great breakfast and very comfortable bed.

  I booked two rooms online for the following night for myself and husband plus my very elderly parents. I requested level access if possible and Debbie was absolutely brilliant calling her other ground floor weekend guests to ask if they would mind moving upstairs - they didn't - and making sure there was a seat in the shower. Faultless! - The hosts, Debbie and Peter, were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and a good price. I wish we could've stayed longer as it was a really lovely room with a huge bed and sitting area in the bedroom. There's also a communal area downstairs which is very homely. The beach is only a short walk from the B&B and we walked to Bournemouth beach in the evening which took around 30 minutes.

  Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Large, comfortable, clean, very well furnished room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the room. We enjoyed the walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town, shops and amenities and were also only 10 minutes walk to the cliff tops and beaches. Having private parking off street and being near to bus stops.... vad folk säger » - With a warm welcome and a lovely spacious room, the start of our one-night stay was excellent. And then it got even better with a fabulous breakfast served in our room on new year's morning. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again when we need to stay in the area.

  My partner and I had a meal in the bar in the evening and it was fantastic, I would recommend the lamb shank followed by sticky toffee pudding, the taste and presentation was something else. If I had to give it a rating then it would be 10/10. The rooms are well laid out with even alarm clock as well as the normal tea/coffee stuff and TV.
