  The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.   Comfortable. Friendly, attentive staff. Well positioned for visitingBath centre. Ample parking. Lovely view from room. - I loved the four poster bed and roo, and breakfast was very good, the staff were very nice and friendly
