  The room was comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a big bathroom. A great state of the art gym with all the machines and weights you would hope for- these seemed almost brand new! This was the perfect location for visiting Bath as it took us less than a 2 minute walk to be in the centre! Ask for a river side view - Doing the paperwork early so that there were no delays when we checked in later.   Lovely breakfast room and full English breakfast.Loved being left alone and not having to be sociable. Enjoyed using the DVD selection and being able to park on the hotel forecourt. - Good location, very clean, high quality furnishings, ensuite was excellent, thick fluffy towels and toiletries included.   I stayed in a single room which was extremely cosy, comfy and quiet. The cooked breakfast was very delicious. Karen, the hostess, is really friendly and will provide you all the necessary info to ensure you will have an enjoyable stay in Bath. The 4 poster room we stayed in, was bright, clean, extremely comfortable and had a aired of wealth about it. We had a great weekend away and the hotel/owners played a strong part in this.

  Myself and my other half spent a beautiful, romantic weekend in Bath staying at The Prince of Wales. The stay was extremely pleasant - Clarissa and Graham were wonderful, kind hosts and we had a fantastic vegetarian English breakfast before heading into the city centre for some sightseeing. The accomm - Really nice greeting, very friendly and flexible to our needs, we were in room 1 which was lovely and light. It is a pub so isn't the kind of thing you'd expect at a hotel, but the friendliness and general atmosphere was much better than cold hotel. Our friends stayed at travelodge and paid more and were very disappointed. Breakfast was great, and I'd definitely stay again if back in that part of the world.5
