  Lovely breakfast room and full English breakfast.Loved being left alone and not having to be sociable. Enjoyed using the DVD selection and being able to park on the hotel forecourt. - Good location, very clean, high quality furnishings, ensuite was excellent, thick fluffy towels and toiletries included. Very good choice at breakfast.

  The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  I stayed in a single room which was extremely cosy, comfy and quiet. The cooked breakfast was very delicious. Karen, the hostess, is really friendly and will provide you all the necessary info to ensure you will have an enjoyable stay in Bath. The 4 poster room we stayed in, was bright, clean, extremely comfortable and had a aired of wealth about it. We had a great weekend away and the hotel/owners played a strong part in this.

Beth & Norman opened the - There was a cosy family feel to the hotel, with only 5 or 6 bedrooms and a very personal touch. We were offered a cup of tea in the garden when we first arrived, and breakfast was cooked to order and served in a family dining room with the other guests in the morning. The piano in the hallway was utilised by another guest and it was pleasant to hear in the morning while we were getting ready. The hotel is quaint and eccentric, which gives it some charm. There is a lovely little pub just up
