  Milton House was the cutest, nicest little B&B we have ever stayed at. It is beautifully restored and kept in perfect order. The room we had was their small double but we were forewarned on the booking site and it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. His assistant at breakfast is as good as you will get in a BB - he was helpful, knowledgeable and v efficient. Breakfast was always hot and well presented. Seconds of toast/tea/coffee was always offered and no trouble at all. Bedroom was v clean and bed changed everyday.

  Close to Bath, within walking distance if your agile,maybe a short bus ride if your less able. Jill could not have been a better host, she was so welcoming and friendly. The house was comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout, and because it dated back to the 1800's it had character and history.   What can I say! Such a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and the owner was so lovely and lively always there to help and offering up information about the area.   My husband and I just had a wonderful couple of nights at Oldfields. What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.).   Everything! We stayed for one night and were pleased for the whole experience. It was a lovely Georgian House situated on top of a hill overlooking the countryside. It has been kept in an excellent condition along with some modern fittings, such as a lush en-suite for the master bedroom (recommended).   Arrived at hotel before checking in time and room was ready for us. Room was very cosy and warm considering it was a very cold day in January. Bed was comfortable room was spotless clean and en-suite was exceptionally clean. Well positioned to go into Bath, breakfast good very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Free speedy internet access. I stay away from home on business at least twice a month and this has been the best place I have stayed in, and I have stayed in all different star rated hotels and BandB's.

  We were made to feel very welcome and no question went unanswered. The rooms were small but really nicely decorated. It was such good value for money, centrally located and the breakfast was vast. You need to be aware that the guesthouse is the sister house to The Albany which is at 24 Crescent gardens so you go there for breakfast but it's fon... vad folk säger » dly a few doors down and means that Albany 33 is quiet with only 4 rooms. Would definitely stay there again, couldn't recommend it highly enough! - Mark and Mary were delightful hosts, attentive to our needs and wishes, plus interesting to talk to as well. The breakfasts were excelent. The room and bed were very comfortable, the facilities clean and new. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem, as there were 2-1/2 baths to chose from. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown and the Royal Crescent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. We'd stay there whenever we're in Bath again.

  Nice countryside cottage. Carole is a nice lady who will offer advice before or during the stay to help you with your visit. Home-cooked breakfast is nice. Overall pleasant stay. In addition, it's been nice to stay in the attic as I've always wanted to try staying in the attic as a child but realised there's difficulty in showering at the attic so... vad folk säger » I do recommend getting the other rooms. - This is lovely place to stay it's just a small BnB with 3 rooms but all the rooms are very clean, well cared for and comfortable with lots of personality. The lady who owns the BnB was very helpful and was more than happy to go out of her way to make our stay lovely. The breakfast was lovely and there is a bus stop into town right outside the cottage. I would come here again!

  We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.
