  The staff especially karen on reception were amazing. If this hotel had a/c I would give 10 out of 10 for hotel , staff , location and facilities. The location is an ideal jump off spot for london, salisbury, winchester, basingstoke and the south coast. The shopping in Andover is amazing and I will continue to visit andover 3-4 times a year but a... vad folk säger » void the premier inn during the summer months although happy to stay during winter months. My advice is install air conditioning. - Very conveniently located near the a303, which fitted in very well for my need for an overnight stay part-way on the long drive from Heathrow to Cornwall after a long flight. Restaurant in the same building was very convenient and the food was good. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good shower and bathroom with no plumbing problems. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff made me a reservation for dinner on a very busy night.
