  Didnt meet tracey but chatted on phone she is a very pleasant lady who helped me very much and beyond. To have your own codes to enter building and code for your room is brilliant felt like our little own home upon arrival we parked for free in hotel car park at the back , our room was do lovely very up to date wasnt dated at all bathroom tiles et... vad folk säger » c very clean, shower was very powerful, comfortable bed ( could put spare blanket) But thats just me :) there was heater and fan in room also I will - The Annexe was a departure from the usual accommodation arrangements. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The check in and breakfast arrangements are a little unconventional and would benefit from a bit more explanation on the website. A number of guests had some difficulty with getting into their rooms. The freedom to come and go after this, however, was terrific.

  The staff were very friendly, the hotel had a very nice feel about it and the dining room was beautiful. The room was clean and well furnished with plenty of hot water. Although the weather was especially cold the hotel was warm and inviting.   The owner was friendly and engaging. The place was clean and comfortable. Good TV/DVD and excellent choice of DVDs. Breakfast was excellent.
