  What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. Brekfast is offered but it has also a great service building right next to it with fast food restaurants, Starbucks and a sup... vad folk säger » ermarket. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and courteous. The room and the bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. Definite - I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

  From the moment Douglas picked me up from the airport I knew I was in good hands . I had no idea that the drive to the beautifully appointed house would be through Hatfield Heath and would involve seeing deer ,pheasant , rabbits and a hare ! The house was beautiful , the roll top bath divine and my room warm , welcoming and tastefully furnished .   Bra, trevligt - it is a beautiful hotel that has fantastic staff and a really nice atmostphere. You felt as if you was at home. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and made it feel very welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding.   It was set right by the canal and we had could see a swan swimming by. All the staff we saw were really helpful and happy, and we had a lovely dinner and very filling breakfast at the associated Beefeater.   Room was excellent. Bed was very comfy, although quite soft which could be a problem for some. The shower area was big enough to fit several people (if that's your sort of thing). What I had at breakfast was nice.
