  From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by all staff at the front of house. Even though they heavily booked we were upgraded to a lake view room that was simply beautiful. The entire hotel was splendid and kept in immaculate order. There were two bars available, one with live music the other was more of a cocktail bar. The location of the hotel meant that we could travel on day trips to many parts of I - We loved the hotel and all of the amenities that it had to offer. Wish we could have stayed on a night or two longer. Had a problem with a staff member in the basement bar, but once addressed with the Manager, he made up for the disappointment we felt and was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend this property. It is lovely!

  Delighted with our recent stay with you. Even before I arrived I had been in contact with your staff becauae of changes to the original booking and nothing was of any bother. Every single staff member was extremely helpful and friendly - particularly karen at reception and the bar staff on during the day. The little things like brining wine glasses to our room and a jug of water at 3am when requested madeu - For one of the less expensive hotels in enniskillen the quality was far greater than what I expected. All the staff where extremely friendly and the rooms where comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very close to town centre which made travelling in and out very easy. The house keeping services come at a decent time of day and not when I'm trying to enjoy a nice lie in like in other hotels. Rooms where very quiet and couldn't hear other guests or staff at nigh

  We had a very warm welcome. Our room was large and beautifully decorated with lovely views from the window. The breakfasts were wonderful, with a good variety of choice to suit all tastes. Nothing was too much trouble.   Very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Able to arrange boat hire from marina just after breakfast very relaxing. - We were a group of friends celebrating a birthday and The Boathouse was perfect for 8 of us. Plenty of room and very comfortable!
