  The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room far exceeded our expectations for comfort and luxury. The breakfast was quite delicious. All the facilities were excellent as was the location and Kilkerran should without a doubt have been awarded a higher grading.   Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Location was perfect for us with the town centre within easy walking distance.   Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.
