Även om frukosten var lite färglös och inte varierades från dag till dag, var det suveränt att det ingick i det låga rumspriset. - Servering av frukost trots lågt pris för boendet. Att personalen hjälpte till att boka taxi. Inga störningar från övriga hotellgäster.

Staff was very very friendly, after coming into the hostel you are offered a cup of tea or coffee, and given a map of Liverpool with some recommendations.
Rooms are not luxurious, but clean and comfy, and (especially together with the breakfast) definitely great value for the money.
Furthermore: Free toast and tee 24/7 in the kitchen!

I appreciated the lovely warm welcome I received on arrival. I was immediately asked if I would like a tea or a coffee. I found the staff really cheerful, pleasant and helpful. They were all eager to give useful tips to the guests on places to visit whilst in Liverpool. I was even given a free entry card to the Cavern Club.
I also like the way you can help yourself to hot drinks, store and cook your own food.
Having Sky tv is a bonus and access to the internet.

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Everything about the hostel was perfect, spotlessly clean and well ventilated. Nice comfy beds and lounge.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

Was clean tidy had a working kitchen you could use and living room, never stayed in a hostel before tbh it wasn't very clear when I booked it that it was but once I got over the shock I was fine met some really nice people and would deffenatally recomend the place, I've stayed in some right dives in my time and I would of thought this place to be
