the staff were very polite and helpful .. from the receptionist to the waiting staff in the breakfast dining room and the night receptionist, nothing was any trouble for them at all - the ambience and welcoming atmosphere; the efficient,friendly but courteous staff for whom nothing was too much trouble

the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at

everyting was firs class from checking in tochecking out. The staff look after us very polite and made sure our stay was comfortable . ... vad folk säger » m we had was overlooking the gaardwns room no 4 . - Value for money I cannot complain bed breakfast and evening meal for £99 very clean great service good food choice of 6 starters 6 main course 6 sweets.Spa well laid and clean we asked for one of the refurbed rooms when booking and were well happy I would recommmend this hotel to anyone visiting chester.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Facilites were great
