  Food was superb, location was great and very close to the station. Staff were verry helpful and would go out of their way to do so. - quaint surroundings - old world charm. friendly staff, comfortable bed. extremely good night's sleep!!

  Great historic location, Port Sunlight itself, and within half an hour of both Chester and Liverpool. The inn is a lovely old building with many original features, the welcome couldn't have been better, even though we arrived during the early evening when the restaurant was busy. Large room, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi (yes you do to have register... vad folk säger » ed with The Cloud but I was already as many other outlets use them, and even if you need to register that is a quick and easy process). We only ate br - Spacious and interesting accomodation (a former temperance hostel !) great location right in the centre of Port Sunlight Village, which was the purpose of our trip (an architectural settlement by philanthropic soap manufacturer). Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Food good value for money, good wine offers, (could text for voucher code for £5 discount) typical pub grub - no frills! Folk club on a Wednesday, free but you will need to buy a raffle ticket. Mix of amateurs and some firs

  The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of my requirements. They made every effort to ensure that may stay was one to remember - definitely one which will be repeated due to it's convenient and prime location. - Hotel very well presented/decorated, I had a nice large comfortable room. Staff friendly and nice breakfast.
