  The warm welcome by Harriet who was very friendly and helpful. The room I shared with my daughter was warm, spacious and had lovely comfortable clean beds. My daughter was over from Northern Ireland for an interview at Hope University and found the bar area very peaceful and relaxing in order for her to prepare for the night before the interview. ... vad folk säger » - Good location, just off M62 & beside train station so easy access into Lime Street.   The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.
