I am not given to saying "excellent" to everything, but your hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in, large room, lovely bed, very nice bathroom, etc. etc. I would gladly stay there again. It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig

This apartment is very near to Heathrow Airport and just a train station by Heathrow connect for a train fare of £5.60/adult to Hayes &Harrington station. Taxi fare from this apartment to Heathrow Airport is cheap for a booking of big taxi is only £16 for a family of 4 persons. It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added.
Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.

The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well.
