This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Very convenient for Heathrow airport (I got from West Drayton railway station to the guest house and from the guest house to the airport by local bus - as easy as using a taxi). I was able to work in my room the morning after my stay before going to the airport at lunchtime, very quiet and peaceful and got lots

Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, 10 mins drive to Heathrow Terminal 5, TV worked, shower was good and easy to operate. Loved Archie (the Westie) the Hall is tucked away in the village of Harmondsworth. An ancient building (17th century) full of character. They didn't rush me at breakfast and overall it was more like staying in an old friends country home than in a hotel - would recommend.

The best hotel i have stayed in for years! excellent value for money, we had a nice lcd tv a massive bed, fully stocked kitchen, a dvd player, freeview, a selection of magazines, a great get started folder with details of how to use the microwave etc, also included were menus from all the local food places. i love this place and recomend it as the

We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport
