  I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly.   The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.

  Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Despite the hotel being really busy the staff were efficent and very chatty. I have never slept in a bed so big and comfy before.   The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. The staff were very attentive and having a swimming pool was great!   The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service. The staff where very helpful and friendly at the hotel and the spa. - I got engaged there so it coudnt have been bad and the expresion on her face when entering the room ... vad folk säger » was priceless.
