  Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road. We had no noise at all from outside, walls well soundproofed. H... vad folk säger » owever, when people are running up and down the hallway in the night, you can hear them!! I didn;t but my daughter did! Shower was fantastic, big and - We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

  hotel spotless, rooms had more than everything you needed, food delicious and plentiful, staff very helpful, price very cheap for what you got. overall a very nice hotel and highly recommended for staying in very close proximity to Gatwick Airport/Railway - Everything was great.Cole to airport and bus service,even at night.Room spacious and so cosy... vad folk säger » !!!!

  Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - so close for gatwick airport wihout getting wet... vad folk säger » also liked becasue train station within complex we got on at wolverhampton and never got wet and went on holiday relaxed.

  It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The shared bathrooms were great - very clean and with a good shower. The room was clean and comfortable with TV & drink making facilities. The wash basin in room was very handy! A nice tou... vad folk säger » ch was that I was helped up to my room with my heavy bag which was really appreciated. - The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

  The Hotel staff up graded our room for us at no charge, this made what was an excellent stay even more special - The staff were very friendly in both the Hotel and the pub.

  All the staff were really friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic. We ate there every night of our stay. The decor of the inn was understated and stylish with lots quirky little rooms and low ceilings. Our room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable and the wet room/shower room was very stylish.
