  Snabb incheckning. Smidigt med transfer från flygplatsen. - Good and helpfull staff. Room consider actually two rooms, sleeping room and tv room. rooms were big. - The hotel was excellent but the staff were the best part - they were friendly and extremely helpful.

  Professional staff, beautiful room. I have stayed at several hotels in Zurich, but would return to this one, I think. - Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, location was very nice.

  Gym, frukost, rummen - They checked us in even though we arrived early in the morning. The room was comfortable and spacious; very near to the train station; easy access and nice having the airport shuttle. They allowed us to store one big luggage in their store and to retrieve it when we return to collect it 9 days later. Nothing could be more convenient when it comes to going to and from the airport. Its a 5 minute ride in the complimentary shuttle bus. I recommend the breakfast buffet if you have time in the morning.

  Staff members were very friendly and helpful. If you travel to Switzerland from the U.K. and intend to use your computer or recharge a battery of your mobile phone or tablet, be aware that an electrical plug in Switzerland is different from the European standard two-pin one. The hotel kindly let me use a plug to convert from the U.K. three pins to the Swiss three pins. - The offer that I had was fairly good value. Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer. The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel. Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer. The hotel was quiet. The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly. I would probably stay there again

  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you.
